This menu includes your choice of either one or two entrees, two side dishes, one salad, and assorted bread and butter. For an additional price you can add dessert to your menu from our extensive line of fresh fruit platters, baked goods, pies and specialty desserts created on the premises.

CHOOSE ONE OR TWO ENTREES:

  • Chicken Marsala – boneless chicken, scallopini style with sauteed mushrooms in a Marsala wine, demiglaze sauce
  • Chicken Francese – chicken in a delicate egg batter, finished with shallots, white wine and lemon
  • Roast pork loin, center cut with a Port wine peppercorn sauce
  • Boneless breast of chicken pounded thin, wrapped around spinach, mushrooms, pancetta, and mozzarella, oven roasted with fresh herbs, finished in the oven with Marsala wine
  • Grilled Salmon – boneless & skinless, topped with a honey mustard glaze
  • Tilapia with tomato, capers, lemon and parsley

CHOOSE TWO SIDE DISHES:

  • Penne with tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella
  • Cavatelli and broccoli
  • Rosemary roasted potatoes
  • Carrots, zucchini and yellow squash with olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Traditional mashed potatoes
  • Vegetable rice pilaf
  • String beans and toasted almonds
  • Broccoli, snow peas, snap peas olive oil and garlic
  • Roasted cauliflower
  • Roasted skinless potatoes
  • Potato fennel gratin

CHOOSE ONE SALAD:

  • Tossed salad – Five lettuces, tomato, cucumber, carrots and olives. Vinaigrette dressing on the side.
  • Caesar salad – Romaine lettuce and croutons. Caesar dressing on the side.
  • Arugula salad – Baby arugula, toasted pecans, crumbled feta and cranberries. Dressing on the side.

(Minimum of 30 people for coffee set up. If under 30 you can order coffee box for $21.99 which serves 12 people)

ADD .75¢ PER PERSON FOR PAPER PRODUCTS

ADD $1.25 EACH FOR BEVERAGES

(Price is for cans of diet & regular soda &/or seltzer & bottled water.)

ADD $1.99 EACH FOR PREMIUM BEVERAGES

(Price is for Mash, Snapple, Vita Waters, etc.)

Price subject to change without notice. Minimum of 25 people for delivery and setup with stainless steel chafers. Chafers are the responsibility of the customer to return.
